This past week has seen a huge amount of activity on the course as our annual renovations have been undertaken.

Again we would like to thank all the volunteers that contributed their time and effort in helping the ground staff during such a busy week. It was a much-improved turn out on previous years and made the workload easier.

As all the fairways, tee boxes and green surrounds have been cored, it is required that motorised carts of any description not be driven on the fairways, and stay at least 5 metres away from the greens. Driving alongside the fairways on the first cut, will greatly help and speed up the recovery of the grass on the fairways. In addition we remind motorised cart users that vehicles should not be driven through “rough” areas due to the impact of tyre marks can have on play for others.

It should also be noted that during the course recovery period, all divots and pug-marks must be repaired as per normal.

Thank you for your cooperation and ongoing support.
