Smokers are encouraged to carry a spare sand bucket to collect butts and dispose of them in the bins around the course. Clause\u00a07.2.11 of the By-laws states that members must conduct themselves in a manner that <em>&#8220;Accepts that smoking is not permitted on any putting green and, is mindful of the environment and the condition of the course, as well as the comfort of fellow members&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Smoking in and around the Clubhouse and Gazebo is prohibited by law is only acceptable on the area of grass between the 2 putting greens, near the flagpole.<\/p>\n<p>We thank members for their cooperation and consideration with this matter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Members are reminded that while smoking on course during your round is acceptable, we would remind members that it is a breach of the Club&#8217;s Code of Conduct to smoke on any putting green (including the practice greens) and to dispose of butts around the course.
