Thought we would mix it up a bit with a light-hearted, fun partner competition on Tuesday 17th May.
You both tee off, choose the best ball position and you both hit your next shots from this position. Repeat this process, including putting, until a ball is in the hole. You only have 1 score card for the two of you, which will show your combined 2 ball Ambrose handicap. Alternatively, you can use the MiScore app which will have you listed as a partnership with your combined handicap. You record your Gross score for each hole. After completing the round, deduct your combined handicap to reveal your Nett Score.
No entry forms required. Simply pop your names on the time sheet and pay your usual comp fee on the day (including a 9 Hole competition).
The system will automatically partner up player entries 1 with 2, and 3 with 4. In the event of a player no show, leaving only 3 players, you will play as a 3 ball Ambrose with a lower handicap.
2 player team – Sum of both players’ handicaps divided by 4.
3 player team – Sum of all 3 players’ handicaps divided by 6.
