Dear Members,

As you are aware, we have recently transitioned to new membership software, which will streamline office procedures and integrate member wallets to golf prizes and POS transactions in a more timely manner.

As part of this process, and to ensure that we comply with privacy laws,  all member contact data has been imported marked as private, so will currently not show in the member directory in the Members Portal.

We ask that each member check their contact details in the Members Portal, update any changes in address, email or phone numbers and if you wish those details to be viewable by other members you can untick “private”.  This will automatically update our new Membership database with the details.

Member Accounts
You will also notice that there is some difference on how your member accounts view in the portal.  Viewing My Accounts will show the balance of each account – if it shows as a negative number it means that the account is in credit, positive is an outstanding amount,  or invoice currently being paid by payment plan.

Selecting “View Accounts” will allow you to view each account separately as well as download any invoices, and drill down into POS transactions for detail.
