Dear Members,
In the recent advice to members of the Special General Meeting sent on the 19th September there was two minor typographical errors contained within the resolution.
At clause 3.34 ACRF should read ARFC and at clause 3.34.1. Finance committee should read Audit Risk and Finance committee. These corrections have been updated within the attached Special Resolution document and on the hard copy posted on the notice board in the clubhouse.
As per the attached notice of meeting, absentee voting will still open as scheduled on the 25th September.
