Thank you to those members who have cast their absentee vote so far, however we do require a quorum of at least 65 voting members (Ordinary, Ordinary 18-35, Ordinary 9 Hole and Life members) to be physically present on the night, so if you can attend we encourage you to do so. Please register your intent to attend here.
Please note that if a quorum is not present on the night then the meeting is adjourned, and is held the following week at the same time and place with those members present forming the quorum.
If you can’t attend on the night but would still like to vote, absentee voting is still available on Saturday 18th October 10.30am to 1pm and then Monday 20th to Thursday 23rd 9am to 5pm.
