Recently the Club experienced an incident whereby two non-members entered the top buggy shed near the Pro Shop. They were interrupted by a member. CCTV footage of the top shed does capture the individuals in question.
To aid in the security of the top shed we would ask members to use your fob key to close the roller door, so it is not left open for extended periods. The access control on the sliding gate of the bottom buggy shed is being investigated and will be repaired as soon as practicable, so this is not left open for long periods of time.
The Board have also approved improvements to the Club’s security system with additional cameras to be added to help cover the Club’s car park better, as well as upgrading some existing cameras within buggy sheds to provide better footage. This work will be undertaken before the end of the year.
If members notice any suspicious activity please report it directly to the office.
