Dear members ,
Leading into course renovations Poa Annua was manually dabbed with a selective growth regulator to kill the plants and allow 007 bent grass to re-grow into these areas.
While these areas are recovering you may notice a few small ‘sunken’ areas on the greens. These areas will recover over the next fortnight, with larger areas being plugged out with 007 bent grass from the nursery. This is one of the steps we take in controlling Poa in the older bent greens.
