Members please note that over the last few days the new turf at the front of the 10th green has been struck with a disease called pythium which causes a discolouration and thinning of new turf in hot weather.

Course staff have applied a fungicide to treat the disease and it should recover fully over the next few days. Course staff will continue to apply a preventative fungicide regularly over the remainder of summer.

Thank you for your understanding.
