Following review of “Special Resolution 2 – Ordinary Member 9 Hole class – clarification of purpose”, the Match committee has requested that the board withdraw the resolution from voting at this year’s AGM to allow for further consultation. As a result, this Special Resolution will be removed from voting and no changes proposed within it can take place at this AGM.
