We will require a minimum of 65 voting members for a quorum.

The Admin Office will be open for absentee voting this Saturday 7th March 10.30am – 1.30pm. Absentee voting can be done up till 5pm on Thursday 12th March 2026.

The returning officer for this AGM and absentee voting is Ms Jodee Richardson, who was appointed by the Board under Constitution clause 5.15 at its meeting on 24th February 2026.

As a number of matters are expected to be spoken to, timeliness will be required. As per By-law 5.1.4, Members standing for election who wish to address the meeting will be allocated two minutes to speak. Members speaking for or against Special Resolutions or Motions will have three minutes to speak. Please prepare accordingly to allow time for others to speak.
