In the final game of the 2025 Senior Ladies Pennant season, our team produced an excellent effort to halve the match against The Vines at Royal Fremantle Golf Club. Playing away from home, the girls rose to the challenge and kept their composure in a closely contested match. The weather was mostly kind, with only a brief and very light attempt at drizzle, although conditions became a little chilly later in the round. Despite that, the team stayed focused and determined right to the final putt, ensuring we ended the match – and the season – with a well-earned result.

Looking back over the season, the team can be proud of their record — winning two matches, halving two, and losing just one. This consistent performance placed us third out of the six clubs in the competition with 6 points, only one point behind the leaders. Gosnells Golf Club took first place on a countback from Royal Fremantle Golf Club, both on 7 points. The narrow margin between the top three teams is a testament to how competitive this season has been. Every player contributed to the team’s success, and it was clear that all members enjoyed both the golf and the camaraderie. With this strong foundation, we are confident and excited about improving our position when the 2026 season gets underway.
