Our member Food and Beverage loyalty reward program is back, with some changes, after the transition of our membership system earlier this year.
From the 1st October, members will be rewarded with a $5 credit for every $100 spent on food and beverages, over the bar, in a calendar month (your spend will reset to zero at the end of the month). $5 credits will expire after 30 days if not redeemed.
Members will need to provide staff with their membership number prior to completing a sale to be able to earn rewards.
For those members who continued to record their purchases from July to September, you will not go unrewarded. We will retrospectively award credits to members using the old rewards system spend level. Anyone who spent over $300 in that period will receive $5 credit with a further $5 credit for every additional $100 over the base spend. These credits will be allocated from the 1st October and will also expire in 30 days.
