Hello Members,

As of today, the new Golf Australia app has officially launched. We understand that some members are experiencing issues, including:

  • Logging in (often related to email verification), and
  • Handicaps not displaying correctly or as expected once logged in.

Please note that Golf Australia is still completing the migration process until Sunday. Until this time, our ability to resolve these issues is limited. These small glitches are being experienced by golfers across the country and are not unique to Melville Glades.

The best approach is to allow the system to finish its integration this week. From next week, when we have full access and the transition is complete, we will be able to assist members with any ongoing issues.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this change together.
