In accordance with the Constitution clause 5.2.2 and By-Laws clause 3.7, nomination forms, having been available at least (42) forty-two days prior to the Ladies Annual Meeting, are to be completed and returned to the Club Secretary/General Manager no later than (28) twenty-eight days prior to the meeting (23rd October 2025). The completed nomination forms are to be displayed at least (21) twenty-one days prior to the Meeting date (30 October 2025).
